- This organization is composed of a Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and the management committee (members). The leaders are selected through elections which are held after every three years. Members pay membership fees. Recruitment of people into the organization is through payment of a 500 shillings fee.

- Contribute to cleaning the environment, job creation, keep local area clean, achieve efficient sustainable solid waste management in the city, fight against discrimination and poverty

- BAMATO, where they take their plastics in exchange for money. BAMATO also supports JESWM through capacity building. Tema-Tema, whom they provide with plastic bags and in return Tema-Tema supports JESWM through provision of market outlets. K.M.C which provides them with tools.
