- KISTA has an office and it is headed by a chairlady. It also has a secretary, a treasurer and 2 workers employed on a wage basis. The leaders are selected through election by members and the elections are held annually. Four members constitute the management committee that is one man and 3 women. Members pay a membership fee of 50 shillings. Records kept for the organization include a simple cash book and the customer’s collection book.
