There is a management committee (6 in total - 4 men & 2 women) inclusive of a chairman, secretary, treasurer & the organizing secretary. New members have to register to join the group and pay a membership fee of Ksh 300. They keep attendance records, cash in, cash out, minutes and ongoing activities.
