In short Ouroboros Waste Management (OWM) was established with a mission to support the infant waste sector in Pakistan in particular. We serve as the bridge between the informal and formal sector, as we grow we are deeply rooted in our role to be a voice to the voiceless i.e informal sector amongst louder voices that administer policy and various actors in the sector.
